Locally on the Outer Cape, Provincetown Condos saw a increase in 2010 of 18% in sales over 2009. As well, Provincetown homes saw a small decline as inventory decreased, and interest in Provincetown Single Family homes increased. Provincetown Real Estate continues to be strong based on the national average and strong fluctuations in specific markets that have not affected P Town homes and Condos in the same way. Known as a resort town with fantastic transportation options during the Summer season, Provincetown Real Estate continues to be a popular investment. Provincetown Homes for sale are down into the high 400's. Provincetown Condos for sale have opened up two bedroom units into the 300's, and one bedroom's in the 200's. Sincere sellers and interested buyers have re-defined specific price points for Condos in Provincetown. Truro Homes and Condos for sale have been on the quiet side for some reason we are hard pressed to understand. Truro Real Estate has great inventory, price reductions to encourage buyers, but 2010 results were down over previous years. Homes in Truro have had their price adjustments, and good inventory for homes under the 600's. Condos in Truro have reduced to open the market up for units in the low 100's which is something we have not seen in years. So, whether it's Truro Homes for sale, or Truro Condos for sale, prices have adjusted for the advantage of the buyer. |
